"The property was perfect for our needs. All appliances were in working order. Within walking distance to all the amenities. Netflix. Good communications with the agents. A few broken slats on the bed and a blocked kitchen drain, but the drain was sorted after a few days and we managed to sort out the slats. Thank you. "

"Apartment was amazing! Really spacious and very grand! Why sray in a small hotel room when you can stay somewhere like this. Owner really nice and very helpful too. City centre c30 minute walk, which is where the main restaurants are too, although we really enjoyed spending an evening in tge apartment and having a take away delivered via Deliveroo!"

"Nice property, clean and well equipped. Comfy beds, nice baths rooms and showers. Maybe some more pillows would be nice. Be prepared for some nightlife this end of town and parking is not provided but NCP nearby and you can park between 6pm - 8am outside the property. Overall nice accommodation."

"This is a charming property and could not be better placed in terms of access to the castle and cathedral. The check-in lady was so kind and helpful so one could not ask for more there. The only criticism I have was that there is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This makes rather a dull shower unless prewarned. "Disappointed with cleanliness and facilities at the flat, only one dinner plate and cereal bowl, no baking trays for oven. Lots of dust on lights and fittings. Fridge door blocked with ice so wouldn’t shut, I fixed that myself. On the positive side the TV wasn’t working and a very helpful person came and fixed it very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. "

"Great place! The back garden with its view of the Cathedral towers was a delightful surprise. I wished that windows could be opened for a breeze, or that there had been a fan, but the weather was mostly cool so opening the back door gave enough air. The apartment is clean, charming, comfortable and ideally situated. A dream spot and a perfect weekend! I hope to stay again someday."

"Acceptable cleanliness and just a short walk to the city centre. We are not usually complainers but honestly, there was very poor communication and availability from the staff, an absolutely atrocious mattress on the bed, we barely slept; every little movement sounded like popcorn popping in a microwave and no staff in sight at checkout. A small communal kitchen, but out-of-date milk in the fridge. The shared bathroom allows no privacy as it is off the communal lounge. Would not stay here...

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
