The local area was ideal for us just a few shops a local pub 2/3 take aways and a fish and chip shop. We went in to Skegness it took around 20/25 minuets drive. There is a double (firm spring mattress) bedroom and twin (foam mattresse) bedroom. Two separate toilets and a separate bathroom with bath and shower over bath. The ceiling height differs throughout and anyone over 6ft would struggle with the shower. The owners were welcoming and got in contact before our arrival. We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and comfort. The towels are environmentally air dried but smelled damp.
