"Had to change rooms because booked room was in very poor decorative taste like being in a brothel. Staff very helpful and changed our room. Dog biscuits and hair all over the floor, but warm and comfortable. Furniture could do with updating as well. Will not be staying again."

Everything in the room was thoughtfully provided, from memory foam pillows to cotton pads in the bathroom—I was really impressed. A special shout-out to the staff, who made our stay exceptional with impeccable, friendly service. "

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."
