The property has a very unique style and is in a great location. Having car parking in central Bristol is a bonus. We were very kindly upgraded to a premium room due to my disability. We were allocated a front room but as the property is old there is no double glazing so you could hear people talking as they were walking past and the delivery lorry at 7.30 am. Also we had a room with a connecting door so we could hear the guests next doors every word. As it's an old building I would imagine that the walls are quite thick and may not be a problem in other rooms. Also the quirky wardrobe doors are made from metal and make a lot of noise when being opened and closed so we heard other guests doors banging. The bed was a comfy king-size. We didn't take the breakfast or use the bar so cannot comment on those. The toilet paper was very thin so you had to use so much of it. A better quality would save them money. I was glad that I had taken my own mirror as the dressing table had the TV above rather than a mirror. I would stay again but not in a front room.
