"Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. "Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. "

"Clean and tidy property. Well suited to a large gathering (stag in our case). Easy to locate and useful to have cheap public carpark next door. Train station a short walk away with regular trains into Chester. Appreciate the en-suites in each room. We enjoyed our stay!"
