"I booked this stay for my sisters hen do, the day before at 2pm I was told that this wasn’t available. This was very stressful and was given 1 option in Chester instead. This was another big property. It was very strange, there was astro-turf in the dining room and the hot tubs were inside. This house has a lot of stairs! The house was well equipped and was close to town. "

So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint.
