"2 connected townhouses on a dead end Street. They are the only 2 homes there so you have complete privacy. We went with a group and they will open the connecting doors off the patio area so you can walk through to the other house. All the rooms are huge, including the living room. Rooftop deck has a really nice breeze in the morning. Daily housekeeping. Access to the best snorkeling spot on the island, through the beach club a few steps away. The beach club also has a small beach and small shallow area that's great for kids."

"This is hands down our favorite property we have ever stayed at on the island, and we visit often! It was absolutely perfect for our small family.The house has an incredible style and vibe that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. We spent so much time enjoying the pool and outdoor living. The outdoor shower was such a unique touch and fit the feel of the house.There is a nice outdoor kitchen setup, though it was a bit too hot during our stay to do much cooking, so we didn't utilize it often. The location is situated away from all the main action, which was exactly what we wanted for a peaceful getaway. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around the island easily.We loved everything about this property and cannot recommend it enough for families!"

"The whole experience was amazing! ANGEL, was beyond helpful, especially for car pick ups and drop offs, planning meals and booking us golf carts so we had transportation on the island! The cleaning staff, chefs and bartender were 10 out of 10. The house was beautiful, the views were sooo nice, and you had a front row view to the sunrise every morning!Definitely recommend booking this house!"

"As a family of 5, traveling can get hectic. This was our first time traveling out of the country and Delia made it so much easier for us. She set up all of our transportation and the golf cart drop off and pick up. Without her help, I think we would have definitely had a stressful start to our vacation. We were greeted upon arrival and she was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The staff on site were also great. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed the pool everyday, as well as the jacuzzi tub. We had a hard time finding a public beach on the south end, because there are many beach clubs. On our last day we paid to use the gafarron beach right behind the condo and had a blast. Well worth the money! We also used the golf cart and were able to walk down to a beach area on the Atlantic side. There is a bar/restaurant called The Joint that has live music right down the road. There is also another restaurant within walking distance with amazing tacos and you can feed horses. A little further down the road is a coffee van. Great coffee and such a fun spot to start the morning! This area is much quieter and low key than the main town, which we loved!! If it weren't for the location and the beautiful home, I dont think we would have enjoyed Isla Mujeres as much as we did. Absolutely recommend staying here! FYI, there are a lot of stairs from the entrance gate to the top balcony of the house (79-84 depending on which one of my kids you ask)"

"Lovely property and responsive staff. Julia is wonderful in answering any inquiries or helping with reservations for additional needs. The rising sun views are breathtaking in this house. The outdoor cooking area with its own wash basin and bathroom are an added plus to the table and chairs. The pool is another plus for cooling off, along with the lounge chairs and flooties. We only had issues with their lack of enough working flashlights (needed when the island’s power goes down) and lighting the kitchen’s gas oven (minimal directions in their house manual and our unfamiliarity with oven). Both of these concerns were addressed by their sending folks to the house. I would only suggest that saran wrap, foil, ziplock bags and more than 3 tubberware-type containers would really help large families who enjoy cooking and Bar BQing. These are entirely missing at this house and make it so difficult to save leftovers. We highly recommend this immaculate, beautiful home!"
