"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

Property was absolutely perfect and so so beautiful. It was a converted convent which my history loving boyfriend absolutely adored! Every little thing that you could need was thought of, there was so many quiet places to sit and read a book and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the local town and meeting the local cats! Marta was a wonderful host and even helped us to arrange a taxi the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. Absolutely wonderful find and I’m so pleased we...

We were the only guests at the time, a family of 4 with 2 children aged 10 and 12. It's a working farm and there are many animals roaming around the property. Especially the pigs and piglets were great fun. The host prepared a great dinner and breakfast. This alone is worth the stay. It really is a very charming place and very quiet. We stayed here en-route from the airport in Rome to Umbria. At this time of the year it seemed well of the beaten track. It was easy to find with the helpful...

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay because it gave us the option of walking into Tarquinia and its intimate restaraunts, pizzerias and gelatinas. Or we had the 10 min car drive down to the beach with its beach front cafes and strolls along the promenade.
The hotel staff were exceptional, very polite and helpful, especially Daniel on reception!
Rooms were imaculate (as was the rest of the hotel) and although our rooms were not huge they were more than adeqete.
