"The location was easy to find, as well as the instructions to get into the room. However because the buzzer is sometimes down to open the door, I would be cautious coming at night, once you are checked in you get a key. The place was extremely clean and their cleaning lady was very helpful. The hosts reply quickly to msgs. They allowed for earlier check in which was extremely helpful. We loved the area is was situated in, tons of good restaurants nearby and there was the train station 4 min walk...

"This is a great hotel in a very interesting and convenient location. We stayed for 6 days in a classic double room, and wish we were still there. Our room was excellent, very quiet and very comfortable. We loved the art sprinkled around the hotel. The hotel public spaces, both inside and outside, are very nice places to sit and read, or to watch the goings on at the next door Italian Parliament building, which are often interesting! I can’t imagine how this hotel could be better located. Breakfast was extensive and delicious every day, with lots of seating even at the busiest times and very helpful staff. Cleaning was very efficient and well done. Finally, I can’t say enough for the reception staff, who were always helpful, friendly, and caring. While there are many examples, we’re especially thankful for the help we were given in arranging a taxi to the airport at a time when getting one was difficult, making sure it arrived, and making sure we were safely on our way. It was honestly well beyond anything we’ve experienced before, and we’re very grateful. Thank you so much!"
