"The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Uberto and Vadim, in particular, were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s amenities, the location was excellent and very convenient. The antique furniture gave the hotel so much character, and I loved its charming atmosphere. The only minor inconvenience was that Uber drivers occasionally had difficulty reaching the hotel, so I sometimes had to meet them in front of the Starbucks nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"
