Hotel staff are generally nice. But when we checked in, they never told us about the late afternoon refreshment, neither offered anything when we passed by in late afternoon. Kimpton typically offers refreshment in the late afternoon so I felt odd when there were like no body around the drink cart. and they never told us the whatsapp conciege service. I only found out when I checked out and I hear the staff told the group that was checking in. Not a huge deal to me but it would have made this stay even better if they do.
