The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. My partner and I came here to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and they were beyond helpful!! We loved the location as we often walked to the colonial zone and to Piantini. The breakfast they served every morning was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for your trip to Santo Domingo!!

Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection. My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome.

If you’re bougie from America, book this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Stunning view of the city from floor to ceiling windows. I got a free champagne at check in due to Expedia VIP or something. The breakfast options are the same everyday but it taste well so no points off. Staff was delightful aside from 1 consistently grumpy server on the rooftop, he was never in a good mood over the 2-3 different times I encountered him. 100% will stay here again..

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge! They have a club in the hotel which is upscale I was not able to go since I was tired after a day of running errands in the City of Santo Domingo. Overall a nice place to stay if you’re in the City.

This hotel is terrific for a quick getaway to Santo Domingo. Top tier amenity, the rooftop, the view and the pool. In the morning breakfast was great, especially if you want traditional Dominican breakfast, which you should have when in the Dominican Republic. Staff was great. They even prepared a little birthday surprise for my cousin. My only negative was the elevator situation where it would not go to the first floor and you had to attempt many time. I would definitely stay there again.

If you travel for business, this is not your hotel. Friendly front desk but aside from that, they still have some ways to go. I Guess it's good for tourists and families. Keep in mind they do not have a proper restaurant, what they have is outdoor space around the pool with tables. I chose it because of the price, should've known better.
