The morning receptionist was bad. The rooms are small and drafty, the plug points are horrible. There is nothing quaint about it except the name. Don’t waste your money.

The location and the friendliness of the staff can't be beat! Yes the property is a little outdated but I felt safe and comfortable staying here, and was able to walk or take a short Tube ride to most of the sites. Only drawback was that there wasn't a safe in my room.

Great location in an upscale area! Room could use some updating and was quite small but that’s to be expected in Europe. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved that there was a little bar in the lobby as well. Park Lane Mews is a cozy place and excellent find for those on a budget!

Great location and charming from the outside but the inside and service was like walking into Fawlty Towers. SOOOOOO dated and grungy, the picture beside my bed was falling out of the frame. Even the light switches were covered in years of grime. My heating didn’t work and there was something that looked like a back-up but was only air con, and I finally found another heater in my closet. But the room was so seriously small-even on a European scale-that I couldn’t use it. Now, that said, the sheets were clean and soft, and the bathroom was in good shape. And the housekeeping staff were delightful.

Great location, dated but still charming, unfriendly staff, no porter, weak breakfast, missing bathtub plug.

Cheaper option just off Park Lane

Pros: Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Somewhere to sit and have a drink at the end of a long day. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Windows are not that sound-proof; I've stayed in a lot worse but if this was corrected I'd give a five.
Location: We walked in Green Park, went to see Hamilton and dined at Le Gavroche. All to be recommended.
This is a nice little place. The staff are welcoming and, unlike many 'cheaper' hotels it has a pleasant lobby and comfortable bar. It's a lot cheaper than most of of the places at the bottom end of Park Lane and around Hyde Park corner. The room was comfortable and the bed large (I'm guessing king size).

Evening staff were brilliant. Great location. Initial room was very tiny, requested to be moved and had to pay extra to get a decent size room.

This hotel is tucked away in a Mews close to Park Lane and Piccadilly, so the location is good. The whole place itself though is long overdue for much needed renovation. It's very tired. The a/c in the room struggled and wifi was spotty at best. Owners need to spend a lot of money fast - no way is this a 4 star as they advertise - 2.5 to 3 at best. Front desk staff were very pleasant and efficient.
