"Wonderful hotel! The room was very clean and in a great location. We were in a room with a perfect view of the park across the street. It was so nice peope watching and felt very cozy and homely. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! The fruit selection was fresh, pastry selection was fantastic and the hot items were a great selection of meats, omelets and local foods. It was my birthday during the stay and the staff surprised me with cake and champagne to celebrate. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with wonderful staff and options. Thank you for a great time!"

"We really loved and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We felt welcome and valued by all the staff at the front desk, especially from Helen. She was very sincere friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Room - size is enough for us 4. Overall is clean except the floor (a bit sticky and dusty). Beds are comfortable and linens are clean. However, two of us felt itchy (not insect bite) after using the towel after shower - could be because our skin is sensitive to their detergent. Breakfast - we did not include breakfast when booking the room. We were offered $15 euros for each person if we book for the next day breakfast. Their food and beverage selection are great and offers many varieties. Our family really enjoyed our breakfast in the past 3 days. Table seatings are limited. Extra service that means a lot to us - luggage storage. We arrived early and we can store our luggage and started exploring the city even when our room was not ready. Location of the hotel - excellent! Super close to the Sol metro station, love the vibe in this neighborhood - feel safe, busy but not noisy, convenient to access many restaurants, cafe, shows and shopping areas. Things I wish this hotel to have - self-laundry facilities, We definitely will come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends! "
