"The hotel is in a great area however you can’t drive there because there are gates around old town. You need to make sure to call the hotel and get the address of a parking structure near the hotel, then we had to drag our luggage over from the parking which is about 10 minutes walk. There are gates on both sides of the town that if you are a first timer, you will have a hard time figuring out. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Very minimalistic, barely any toiletries, it’s LOUD and even the fans in the room are loud and have bright lights. So if you can’t leave the window open, you are stuck with loud fans with bright blue lights. Location wise it’s in the middle of everything and the staff was SUPER friendly. "

"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. I mistakenly thought there was a pull out sofa but the bed was big enough for us family of 3. We also had our breakfast included during our stay and it was delish! The hotel is close to everything. I was sad to leave because we were treated so kindly and they really went above and beyond. Thank you Hotel GH team for making us feel so welcome!! A across the board. "
