This was a fabulous property in the old town/historic district of Salzburg. The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. Very walkable area, plus a handy transit benefit. Wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Great and beautifully displayed breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, even helping with some business matters with UPS. The room is relatively small but perfect if you are planning to walk around throughout the Altstadt. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally located hotel in the heart of the historic city. The desk staff are very helpful and efficient but there is no night shift. Self check-in after hours was cumbersome because I had to enter passport details for four people (!) on a touch screen. Also, the rooms have heat pumps but not a full AC and the maximum cooling level is controlled by the front desk. We were there during a heat wave and the room was simply too hot. Even set at 20 degrees the room was easily 26 inside at night. Having said this, I love this hotel. It is charming and aside from a heat wave, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.
