The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Check in went very smoothly- they held our bags as we toured the day we arrived. The room was beautiful and the AC felt so good! We loved the breakfast. Hotel was perfectly located near the city center and walkable to everything. 10/10!

The hotel was lovely, and it felt like we were actually living in an Austrian Apartment. Be aware that when you book the Residence (not sure about the main property), it is not convenient for people with mobility issues. Our room was on the 4th floor, and the elevator only went to the 3rd floor and required two sets of stairs to get to. But the room itself was adorable, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom upgraded. It got a little toasty at night even though they have A/C, so if you book in the summer months, be aware. And while the continental breakfast was ok, it was not worth the €20 a person. I'd recommend walking the short distance to a local breakfast place or bakery.
