Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1002)
"Spacious room with tea and coffee making facilites and a black-out curtain. Great the hotel has a sauna and basic gym (treadmills), with a small swimming
pool
(latter not used). Good location close to the railway station with lots of public transport possibilities at a three minutes walk. The large construction site nearby is not really a problem as the windows shut tightly (and Austrian construction sites seem to be not very busy at any time, anyway ;-)"

Hotel Schöne Aussicht

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (779)
"The property is overlooking Salzburg, which is nice. The staff is not very hospitable. They do not engage in a friendly or overly accommodating way. Sort of a "it is what it is" approach. It is away from any restaraunts which would be fine if their restaraunt was functioning.. but it was closed for 2 or 3 days at the start of the week. When I asked for water, was told that I could use their vending area. Steam room/sauna are not worth it. View from
outdoor pool
is nice though. I wouldnt...

Apartments Wolf Dietrich

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (124)
"First, this was our first time to Salzburg, and we really loved the city. After the first night I was ready to rate this really low due to the fact that a remodeling project was underway right next door, and the noise was terrible. First morning we were awakened at 7:00am to a thunderous chorus of hammering and sawing, literally on the common wall that our bed was on! I later went to the hotel, which is where you check-in, and explained the unacceptable situation to the young lady at desk. I...
