The overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable enough. The location is great - right on the main road. But there's also a flip side to this... If your room is street side, you may or may not get a good night sleep. It can get noisy. It was great to have the lounge downstairs with really good coffee available all day all night and the honor bar. The room was great, the bed was fantastically comfortable, the TV was great, the shower had nice hot water, and the people at the desk were so very nice. It was fun to be right next to the church when the bells were ringing albeit sometimes a little early in the morning! But it was a fun way to wake up. Our biggest problem was the lack of food and drink service. There's no coffee in the room. They do have a coffee machine down in the lounge area and they sell sad looking croissants as breakfasts. We could go without breakfast but they need to put some of sort of coffee in the rooms. Some of the staff were not friendly, they walked by us several times without even looking at us.
