We've been coming to this hotel for a few years now and it is consistently wonderful. The staff remain the same - a story in its own right - kind, courteous, always keen to ensure that you enjoy Verona, its fantastic restaurants and all the interesting things to do that are within a short distance. Breakfast is outstandingly good. Rooms are beautifully clean and good size, linens fresh and replaced daily as a matter of course. Nice touches everywhere.
Room was very clean, quiet, and pleasant. The only issue I had with it was the terrible wifi connection, which was very intermittent and extremely slow.
The hotel staff at the front desk was just ok. Not the friendliest given the price of the hotel. We asked the front desk to order us a cab that accepted credit card, and when the cab arrived, it didn't accept credit card. Rather than ordering us a new taxi, the staff member suggested we go withdraw cash from the bank.

Lovely warm welcome from reception staff. Spacious room with cosy well-stocked bathroom. Breakfast was incredible with great choice. Really couldn't fault anything other than pillow was a bit hard for me!
A wonderful find in the heart of Verona next to the town square. The staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble. The public rooms, full of antiques and bric a brac, are comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has good variety and quality. The room we had was a good size and very comfortable. The only thing I can find to criticise is that the pillows were a bit hard for my liking! Overall a great hotel in a perfect location for exploring Verona.
Tourists often explore the area on foot as cars are not allowed on many of the narrow streets, and walking is a convenient way to browse boutiques and stop at one of the many cafés. In the summer, visitors can attend the opera at Arena di Verona, the best preserved Roman amphitheatre. Shakespeare fans and romantics alike can recreate the famous balcony scene at Casa di Giulietta (Juliet's House).
