Die Vermieter waren sehr nette Leute. Nur war das Hotel eigentlich eine Privatunterkunft bzw. eine Pension. Ich werde den Reiseveranstalter nicht weiterempfehlen."

"A number of people have commented on check-in. With my rudimentary Italian and Google Translate, I called 24 hours ahead and had a lovely conversation. We actually arrived 2 hours ahead of when we planned, and we met the hotel owner and got the keys within about 10 minutes. Location is absolutely spot on for the Arena, Bra, buses, the old city, bars and restaurants. "
