We were able to leave luggage as needed both before and after our check-out times, staff was accessible and very helpful and the room we stayed in was great. We stayed overlooking the balcony and courtyard of Giulietta's house and it was charming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are so thrilled we visited Verona to learn about the history, culture and area. We appreciate the hotel for helping to make our experience wonderfully memorable."

Later, when i had to move to another accommodation, Nicola walked me to my new place. The service offered is outstanding!"
