Staff was very helpful, the bathroom was clean and breakfast staff keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked.
Only concern was my 13 month niece is still crawling, her sleeper’s knees become really dirty. They were in room 105. Yuck

Staff greeted us at desk with a smile! Room clean & bed comfortable! ! We’ll come back again! Prices was too high for snacks and drinks at the vending machine! We went to Walmart to buy snacks, food & drinks!

This is a fabulous location, right off the highway but with absolutely no highway noise. My king room was very comfortable with absolutely no hallway, guest room or elevator noise. The front desk and breakfast room staff were cordial and professional. I would stay there again when in the Cincinnati area.

This hotel looks new! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The heating/cooling system work great. They offer a great breakfast included in the room rate. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had family in three rooms room 203 had the worst human waste smell that reeked throughout the entire Hallway. I should have asked for my money back but thought I would leave that to Expedia.

It was cold out and our room didn’t have heat. We caught a cold. Call front desk and they sent maintenance to look at the issue. Unable to fix and they changed our room. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices

The hotel was easy to find. Our reservation hadn’t shown up on the hotel’s computer so we showed our email to the desk attendant and he okayed it. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

This is a great hotel very close to kings island. The included breakfast is over the top. The room is very clean and modern. No safe in the room. The indoor pool is nice but a little small. Overall a great place to stay. Recommend!

Our room was very nice and the hotel was pretty. I did not like that they charged my card before I got to the property. When I made our reservation it said I would pay at the property upon arrival. I also did not like the 50 dollar fee that was charged to my card that I was never notified of at any time when I.ade the reservation or at check in. The hotel was nice but I would probably not return due to these reasons

I have been coming to the Hampton Inn for four years never had any issues with the room or the service or anything. until this year for the holiday event driving six hours away I was coming with another friend neither one was handicap but this guy that Chuck Dan put us in a handicap room. The room was not as clean as it usually is in the service just wasn’t the same even to the breakfast. The main concern is, we couldn’t even take a shower, which was terrible, because the shower was mainly assessable for a person in the wheelchair which there were other rooms he could’ve put us in but didn’t. I hope next time you look at the situation more clearly when you’re checking someone in.

The property and the breakfast were very nice. The only problem was the glare from parking lot lights and the blind did not fully cover the window.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms (Queen size bed’s 2) on 1 day, then next day someone else asked if I could book them a separate room. ( king size) small mix up at check in, easy check out, would have liked a little bit longer of hours on pool, ( adult hours??) breakfast was not bad.

Very convenient for going to Kings Island, the price is great, and the room was very clean and spacious for the two of us. The free breakfast was much more than we expected. We had a great experience!

This is a nice hotel and is close to Kings Island. There are plenty of places to eat and gas stations. Will stay there again.
