The hotel Petit Palais is located in a quiet neighborhood on a hill above Nice. Very nice hotel and excellent staff who were all very helpful. Its a hike up the hill but not too bad, did take a taxi on one trip which was expensive at 12 euros for several minutes travel. We paid for a sea view and would of preferred a higher floor with a better view but suspect again this could be by booking via hotels.com and maybe direct would have been different. Would stop here again, breakfast outside in the...

Fantastic experience staying at the Palais Saleya Apartment & Suite, with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days, family of 3. Location is superb with access to many amenities - easy access to food, shopping and beach. Easy access from the airport either via public bus or via taxi. Have stayed in other hotels along the Nice Promenade and have thoroughly enjoyed a change to staying in a well equipped apartment instead. Highly recommended for the more adventurous !

Such a great hotel in the centre of Nice, only 5 mins from the train station and about 5-10 min walk to the promenade. Your right next to a beautiful church and so close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive, helping with anything possible. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable, they change the towels and soaps every day. Overall amazing stay, at a great price.

We stayed here for 5 days and found it good value for a short break in Nice. It is close to a street of shops and restaurants that then leads on to the Old Town. The staff of this hotel are all helpful, friendly and they speak excellent English.
Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower. Breakfast is unusually generous for a French hotel with items like scrambled eggs, sausages and a cake of the day. We had free glass of wine with our booking and we enjoyed this in...

Room was bigger than we expected with a great bathroom. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. No air conditioning in the room but luckily it’s not too hot yet. The hotel is in a quiet area which feels safe but still near to the beach and easy walk to central and old Nice. Less than 5 minutes walk to a main metro stop. Staff were friendly and polite. Would recommend and would happily stay here again

We stayed for 3 nights at the Ibis. The breakfast is wonderful and the tea/coffee making facilities available free throughout the day in the main reception. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a supermarket, the promenade and city centre. The buses are really cheap 1.50 euros to most cities including Cannes and Monaco. If you get the 52 bus just outside the airport that’s 1.50 euro also to the promenade where it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel. I would definitely go...

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with storing the luggage, advising honestly about places to go and how to get there. Breakfast (extra cost) was what we needed - cereals, cold meat and cheese, boiled eggs, some fruit and croissants etc. There's a supermarket over the road for anything else you need. Absolutely adored our stay here. Our room was beautiful, well air conditioned, and the cleaners left it immaculate every day. The toiletries were all L’occitane and left my hair very soft!
All of the staff were very lovely and helpful - big shout out to Soraia (I hope I’ve spelled that right!) who checked us in, for giving us plenty of useful information and welcoming us so warmly. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice!
