The hotel room is adequate however we were completely shocked on the extreme mark up that expedia have charged over the normal room rate, around £150. This will be refelected in social media and trip advisor reviews on our return. This does not reflect on the hotel standards, just greed of expedia.

Easy to find and access from the highway. Had a very nice restaurant with outdoor seating. Room was nice and there was a grassy outside area to relax in. We would recommend this hotel.

My 2nd stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, soundproof walls, ample parking space, excellent restaurant. I will certainly book it again when I will be in the area.

Good hotel ... Better restaurant
The hotel is more known for its restaurant. Its good for a 1 or 2 nights stay. Rooms are clean and has all the basic amenities. Location is good but very close to the main road and bit noisy if the window are open. Recommended if you have a vehicle otherwise you are relying on public transport which is not bad as well. Restaurant food is something not to be missed. Bit on the costly side but it's worth it

The property did not have AC or a fan and it was an extremely hot day. The location is not close to other attractions.

What Stay? Certainly NOT on Christmas Eve...
The Hotel advertised and accepted and billed my reservation for Christmas Eve of 2018. when I arrived at 9:00 PM that night, no one was there, no reception staff were on duty, and I was told very rudely in almost unintelligible and very loud profane language through an emergency intercom system that the hotel was closed. I feel that they acted in bad faith by accepting my reservation. I am pursuing remedies from both Hotels.com (whom I contacted that night to report the issue to, and my bank for my lost money, and would never stay there again. Thank goodness that there was an Ibis Hotel down the street that treated me kindly and put us up for the night.

Dear Dennis, we are really sorry for what happened. On Christmas Eve is our reception not occupied. Unfortunately on the reservation we couldn't find your contact details, so we wrote an E-Mail to Hotels.com asking them to contact you. We didn't get any answer. Some days later we called Hotels.com and they told us they would contact you explaining what you have to do to get the key. Some days before your arrival we sent another E-Mail to Hotels.com, explaining how our key box for late arrivals works and telling them your late code. Apparently you didn't get all our e-mails. Handy to the motorway
The hotel was easy to find when driving from Italy to Germany and needing an overnight stop. Although not in the centre of town there was a shopping centre nearby and the hotel had all the facilities we needed.

I think the restaurant served pretty good food. The restaurant was always full of tourists and bikers. The room was clean and comfortable. The safe in the bedroom did not work, so had to call for them to set it up, but they came right away and left it working.

Basic hotel, impeccably presented, good service, English spoken - price typical for the region. A taxi ride to the centre of town (less than 2km costs 14 SFr - more than £10). Nice restaurant (at prices typical for region - expensive compared to UK!) Free wifi available, but, WIFI connection won't allow mails to be sent from laptops etc.. (you can only use webmail).

Super diferente de todos, um estilo americano, vc estaciona em frente ao aposento, o que fica super fácil tirar a bagagem do carro. A limpeza muito boa, o quarto simples mais confortável, café da manhã bom, apesar de não ter muitas opções. Sim com certeza ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

Silent and well aircondioned room
Room was silent and good airconditioning. Room was also clean and enough soacious. A bit far from center but therebisna bus stop and good hills for walking.

Es ist ein Hotel in dem man sich Willkommen fühlt. Das zuvorkommende Personal gestaltet einen den Aufenthalt so bequem wie nur möglich. Eine große Auswal an Speisen und eine hervorragende Küche runden das ganze ab. Ich bin sehr gerne zu Gast in diesem Haus, und werde nöch öfter dort einquartieren
