"I would like to share my experience following a recent stay at this hotel, which was, overall, very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room as the door would not open and required maintenance. This resulted in an unexpected delay at check-in, which was particularly inconvenient after travelling. Once in the room, several issues became apparent. The safe was not functioning, which limited the ability to securely store valuables. The room itself was notably small, and the level of amenities provided was minimal — consisting of only a bar of soap and a single towel. The balcony was not in a usable condition, as it was unclean and appeared to be leaking. Additionally, the layout of the room was not particularly practical, with the television positioned to the side of the bed, making it difficult to watch comfortably. Breakfast arrangements were also restrictive, with only two specific time slots available. The quality of the breakfast was poor and did not meet expectations. I was also informed during my stay that the hotel was fully booked, which appeared inconsistent with the actual occupancy observed. This raised concerns about the accuracy of the information provided. I had to wait for hot water to have showers. The most disappointing aspect of the stay, however, was the level of service. Staff interactions felt abrupt and unwelcoming, with little effort made to assist or engage. Honestly, this experience ruined my holiday. "

"The staff reached out to me several times before we arrived to make sure we had all we needed. They couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is well located and the rooms are well appointed and interesting. "

"Stayed 4 nights. Room was pretty clean, but gave 3 stars because there was hair on wall, toilet paper holder was broken, and cracks on wall in shower. Pro is they gave body wash gel, however smell was strong and soap bars along with 2 plastic cups. Also, my room was freezing. I turned on split unit and put it on max, but was still cold in room. Amenities are good, but I didn’t really enjoy them since I was out most of the days. Breakfast was good €11 for buffet, had some eggs, sausage, different rolls and breads along with cereals and pastries. Drinks and coffee machine as well. One thing I wasn’t happy about was that I couldn’t have my niece come up to give her things since I was visiting. Maybe something happened in the past since they’re so many students."

"Excellent hotel. Close to the main terminal and in Florence everything is walking distance. The staff was Amazing and the breakfast included is a must. The only thing is that at night time it’s not safe to walk around that area "

"Very disappointing experience at breakfast. My wife and I were both met with an impatient and dismissive attitude from a female staff member in the breakfast/front desk area. Her tone was rude, and her facial expressions made us feel unwelcome. Moments later, we saw the same staff member greet another guest in a much warmer and friendlier way. The contrast was hard to ignore. As Asian guests, this made us wonder whether we were being treated unfairly. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome in this way."

"tub leaked, small room, staff was hit and miss. the breakfast lady was awesome, but some of the front desk were not not particularly helpful or friendly, dont get me wrong some were great, but the whole experience was muted by issues. ZTL around florence really complicated things. we tried going to Pitti Palace and a blocked road made that impossible without more walking then our crew could handle."
