"Rumbling from subways trains at nearby Victoria station can be disturbing. Beautiful hotel lobby, but the lower priced rooms are nothing but convention center-hotel quality. In fact, there were meetings and conventions going on when we arrived. The room looked out at an old, dirty glass roof and was far from the lobby. "The staff were fantastic. We needed an early check in as we were off to the Kings Garden party and despite getting there at 11am, Pav who was working on the front desk managed to get us a room so we could get dressed amd ready to go as early as we could. They truly went above and beyond! "
