"When we arrived to the hotel after flying all night, the front desk allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room!🙌 Very clean property and our room was great. Our room was cleaned every day. A tad small, but it worked for us. Paddington Station is 2 min from the hotel with tons of food options everywhere! Very friendly staff. Perfect stay for our trip! "

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online.
The property is on a quite street in the city mile.
I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch.
The room I had was set away from others so it was private and quiet. The bed is really comfy. As with the entire property, it is tastefully decorated throughout.
