"This is far from a 'boutique' apartment! It felt like a converted cellar, with very cold and dirty flagstones that were loose and breaking up in places. The apartment wasn't entirely clean. The bed was made up with fresh sheets, the kitchen surfaces had been cleaned and the bathroom was clean. However some of cookware was filthy and there were lots of places that obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks with lots of dust and webs.
