Great location, staff were very helpful. Room very warm but they had provided a fan and not anything else staff could have done

Very friendly but professional staff. No air conditioning but super fans in rooms. Bit too loud to secure a good nights sleep but very comfortable bed.......

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Chester. Sights, shopping, market are all within walking distance of this hotel. Yes, there is a bar on the main level where you can get drinks, play some pool and mingle with the locals or other guests, something that we enjoyed. We had NO issues whatsoever ...

Late arrival so I let myself in using door codes sent via text. All worked as it should do. Excellent room, bathroom and room equipped with a small fridge containing all required for a simple breakfast.
