Butter time is arrived I just need to be off my feet and resting it wasn’t until I’d unpacked my things I realised there was a hole in the toilet bowl and the air-con was showing fault code and wasn’t working. I didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms at that point. These should be picked up during housekeeping checks. No kettle in the room but hot water provided by reception. Bed sheets wet plasticky too. Very very average overall. "
