"Hotel was located right in front of tower bridge which was stunning at night and during the day. Room was big but was not that fancy or nice. It did what it had to do. There were some scuff marks on the walls if anyone cares about that. It was perfect for us to come home and sleep. Located near uber boat, tram, and buses. There is also a cute bar/restaurant right in front of the building if weather is good you should definitely check it out."

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"
