"Park Plaza stay was great! Hotel is better than expected. Usually stay at the local Marriott offerings. Park Plaza is very close to all the London venues.

"Nice hotel, well located. Close to tube & shops for water/snacks. Staff helpful & welcoming. Didn’t try the food. My room was clean & bed comfy but I opted for a single & it was a very small room. Safe would not open because of how it was drilled into the cabinet. It was a very practical & safe place to stay & happy to recommend it."
"Great location, but I was put in a bit of a shoebox of a room. Not sure if all the rooms are like that. But I have hotels.com VIP status, and neither was it recognized nor did I get offered an upgrade (which should be automatic). The hotel is clean, which is good. But it’s really more like a four star posing as a five star."
