Convenient for seeing family

Had a one night stay the hotel was clean and tidy the staff very helpful, had a meal in restaurant which was lovely but I would have liked a couple more options.breakfasts was very good parking although only a couple of minutes walk was easy enough only problem I had it would not recognise my reg no so had to put in manually on leaving

Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Great service and super clean

Our second stay at this hotel. Really good hotel/pub, easy walking distance to the Hammersmith Apollo which is one reason we booked here. The rooms are modern & done to a high standard. Comfortable bed, proper coffee maker, nice towels. Pleasant staff & the breakfast was excellent.

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! Absolutely amazing. Best of three places we stayed in England. Staff exceeded expectations. And the room (Spenser) was truly beautiful. Not worn at all. The layout was different being long and thin but really worked for us. Pub was really goos and we ate 2/3 dinners there. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. So many options and high quality.
