"Overall good. However it’s worth pointing out the caravan does need a little tlc and the site facilities are very meagre, not that these really affected our personal experience. Owner communicated well, Caravan plot location was great, pleasant neighbours as well. This stay was good for us and our 3 (little) dogs. "

"The property has a lot of potential, but it's not quite there yet. The upstairs was nice, clean. The downstairs needs some attention. Pots & pans need replacing, need matches for the cooker, cleaning products, tea towels. Broken chair back in living room, uncomfortable sofa, could also do with some cushions. Also not happy that the check in details are provided at noon on the day of arrival, even though payment is taken in advance. Having said all that, if the issues were addressed I would stay...
