A super well-loved cottage. You can sense the cottage was very well maintained with well equipped kitchen. We love the massive living room and board games downstairs and the bedrooms were lovely size. The beds were standard doubles so it was a bit tricky for my elderly parents to roll in bed but otherwise no complaint! The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. Me and doggo booked 3 nights here in mid May, due to the nature of having a dog it’s fair to say that you get used to life without fancy rooms and expensive furnishings and smart bathrooms….the Sidcot Arms was everything that we weren’t expecting. It was fancy and posh and modern and light and airy and new (literally only just renovated). Property was easy to find, included parking and I had a lovely welcome by David, the host. Exactly what I was looking for and all I required, a bed with breakfast, which was superb by the way. I had a full English. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels supplied, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Was a pleasant walk into Glastonbury. I will definitely book again when I next want to stay in Glastonbury.

Considered loop walk based in Litton, Somerset. Large car park at inn close to quaint village of Litton. Great welcome by Ben and George. Upgrade room and tour. Noticed thoughtful inclusion of easy access room and adjoining carer's room. Cosy inn outside and in. Chilled front patio and rear deck area by stream. Blankets supplied! Dinner and breakfast good. It was perfect. We had an early morning flight from Bristol and it was just around the corner. Self check in and out made everything really simple and the accomodation was perfect. Love my little touches throughout showing an extra special effort had been made. Great shower, which is really important to us.

Fantastic clean room, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Evening meal was great and so was the breakfast, loads of choice. Lovely friendly staff.
