"I got worried when i reached as it has a leisure centre , starbucks and a bar in it, therefore super busy, but to my amazement, it was really quite once in my room. Beds was super comfy and the staff very helpful, when, i realised my heating wasn't working, they offered me to swap rooms or to have an electric heater. I stayed put with the electric heater which was enough to watm up my room. "

"The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely with everything you need in the room. The spa was very modern as well as clean with friendly staff at hand if needed. Highly recommend this hotel will definitely be returning soon . "

"Loved this hotel! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly especially the reception. Rooms lovely, breakfast had a good choice and the bar area had a great atmosphere. It was always lively especially with having the gym and pool. Near the railway station and shops and lots of parking. The only negative was when we tried to ring the hotel in a bit of an emergency and no one answered for ages, we had to ring the separate health club to get help. But otherwise would definitely go back and recommend it."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the service and the hotel in general. Beautiful, very peaceful. Staff are all very friendly and would deliver their best. Our room was very spacious, with a garden view on one side and the swimming pool just outside our door. Breakfast was nice, restaurant is also nice. Not far from Legoland. All in all, excellent place!"
