"The spa area was great and fantastic and the staff was very helpfull but the hotel staff was not as friendly even when it was not busy. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and when I asked for ice at the bar I was told that ice machine was broken for a long time."

"I feel this hotel has just changed management. For the price we were charged it was very tired, carpet stains in corridors, buckets to catch leakes. The room was spacious but needed a deep clean. We were charged £10 for the car park. We had an evening meal that was presented and cooked well. My portion was very small. Breakfast was average. Staff were very kind and welcoming."
