"We needed a place to stay to bring us closer to Edinburgh for an afternoon train after spending a week in Ayr. Edinburgh was looking pretty pricey so we opted to find something out of town to save some money. This space did not disappoint! Lots of kitchen utensils and staples, a lovely welcome basket and great amenities in the bathroom. Our one night stay in Culross had more supplies than our house in Ayr!! Fabulous host. "Great flat 2 minute walk to train station or 5 minutes taxi ride from city centre. There were a few minor issues. Some of the hall lights not working. Fan in bathroom not working which in turn looks like there might be some mould around the Velux window in the bathroom. Kick plate missing in the kitchen and kitchen door kept sticking open. Sticky kitchen floor and when we went to use the mop from the cupboard it had a sour smell to it. As I said little things that could be improved upon. Other...

"Clean and comfortable. Good shower and comfortable bed. Quiet despite at a shopping area and next to a bar. The surrounding area not so nice but that is generally true for Glasgow, a typical inner city. We booked it for ease of transport as it is right next to St Enoch subway station. Has coin operated self service laundry. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and very nice the hotel itself is a little dated but it’s rooms are very big which is nice the area has lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s very walkable to everything but it can be noisy at night with the bars and restaurants being so close by in fact our room was overtop of a bar "
