From the welcome from the owners to the going upstairs, and seeing the property was a wow it was exceptionally clean, spotless, and what I like more at home is the comfortable clean factor. Everything else has its place and so much equipment. very clean and top of the line appliances. And lots of places to venture, and the bed? Don’t have about that. Very clean and confertable. Felt very safe there, could have stayed a month!!!"

"This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Washer with clothes line and full kitchen for cooking. Large patio with grill. Safe with fenced parking. Location is between Ajijic and Chapala. I would highly recommend this property."

There are two houses on the property, we stayed in the smaller house which has two bedrooms. One is a master and one has two beds a queen and a twin. They have a playpen in each room in case you need it. My room was the master, it has a queen size bed with a huge bathroom. "We enjoyed the area and the casa. Our hostess was lovely as was the property manager. I bit to hot an air conditioner would provide much more confort. Casa well stocked. We felt the pool closed to early it would be nice to have a dip up until 9 pm but they cover it at dusk. The area had everything within easy walking or driving distance. The guards at the gate especially Eduard ( Beto ) was a delight. Very beautiful place to stay if you like gated communities"

"I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !"
