Enjoy the Lake Chapala area in this two bedroom, three bath home in the popular gated community of El Parque. Close to all the amenities including grocery, bus stop, excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, theatre, and music events. Yoga and pilates classes also only a few minutes walk away.
This home includes utilities, wireless internet, TV, cookware, dishes, linens, washer and dryer, weekly maid service, purified water, as well as use of the community pool, hot tub, and gym.
Enjoy beautiful weather, swimming, great restaurants, music events, golf, tennis, pickleball , art classes and so much more close to this well appointed rental.
A small pet will be considered, with pet deposit.
Due to community rules all rentals must be booked totalling ONE month or MORE.

#### EL Parque casa's
We enjoyed the area and the casa. Our hostess was lovely as was the property manager. I bit to hot an air conditioner would provide much more confort. Casa well stocked. We felt the pool closed to early it would be nice to have a dip up until 9 pm but they cover it at dusk. The area had everything within easy walking or driving distance. The guards at the gate especially Eduard ( Beto ) was a delight. Very beautiful place to stay if you like gated communities
