Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and in good condition. Very close to major attractions, station, harbour and tram stop right outside takes you anywhere else.

The room was a good size Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

We had a great stay at Cambridge Suites. The size of the rooms and beds were great and we loved having an extra lounge area to chill in. Located close by to all local spots. Check in staff also very friendly.

Absolutely superb. Loved the hotel and the location, staff however were a level above, they were simply excellent. Definitely returning.

The Union Hotel is in a perfect location to visit the CN tower, Ripleys Aquarium, the railway museum, restaurants, etc. it’s also only a 5 minute walk from Union railway station for trains to the airport. The hotel is well appointed, very nice inside, felt safe and secure, and had good amenities. The toilets off the reception area can only be accessed by car key and were very clean. Beautiful building with so much history.

Very conveniently located for all major attractions and pickups for third party excursions. Room was spacious and clean and the staff always very courteous.

A really enjoyable stay in Toronto. The hotel was really good and the staff were excellent. Big shout out to the Irish chap at Reception who was moving back to Dublin. Good luck!

Lovely large and clean room, beds soft and comfy with good pillows. In a really nice and safe area, we walked from union station easily but it’s a small can ride. Lovely view in morning having breakfast over the lake and seeing the planes landing. The gift shop is a real asset too, the guy is really nice and models for you if you ask!

After staying here last year and being very impressed was glad that this stay was just as good. Friendly staff, great location and well-maintained rooms. Cleaning was to a high standard. Would definitely stay here if in Toronto again.

From airport to reception by direct train link you are never outside , great especially in bad weather. Perfect location to see sights and only 4 minutes walk from boardwalk to get lake breeze in hot weather. Surrounded by great cafe shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Room was seriously nice, super clean, excellent linens. Great breakfast. A/C was a bit noisy but really enjoyed the place.
