"Mattresses and spare beds throughout the corridors. Dirty corridors rundown decor. You can see the staff are trying well the reception staff, but you can also feel the pain as they must constantly feel they have to apologise for the state of the place. Rundown, tired, dirty and needs investment. The sheets and towels are old and worn!! I will not be returning."

"Breakfast Continental. Staff were hardly ever there but polite when found them. Room mouldy/stained in ceiling & wardrobe. Rained so water came through bedroom ceiling all night, as no other room avaliable. Moved us next night. "

"Overall this is a resort mainly focused on golf and leisure trips. The facilities are excellent (gym and golf courses) and the service was very good throughout and location is lovely in the countryside conveniently located near the M4. My only criticism is that the buildings themselves are a bit sterile and the bar and restaurant tend to be catering the golf groups etc but overall the hotel is definitely of a good standard and has excellent facilities"

"Nice room but unfortunately very poor parking. They were digging up Brecon high street which made it a bit inconvenient, but it was planned maintenance so just one of those things."

"Seems new owners have taken over since we last stayed. Some good changes, some bad. Room we stayed in seemed to have a make over which was good, breakfast disappointed with free toast and cereal but cooked breakfast now charged. The red haired girl that ran the restaurant seems to have gone and she was a real plus at this b and b. But all the best with the venture to the new owners."

"The front end staff were so helpful and friendly, waiting and bar staff were great . The room was spotless and was lovely . There was a great selection for breakfast and accommodated for celiac ."
