"As usual, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was functional, accessible, very accommodating, and clean. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"

"The hotel does a great job of keeping the property and the rooms clean during your stay. Rooms come with everything you need and it feels very safe inside. Very easy walk to South Kensington Station to get into the city as well. "

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly. "

Has everything you need for a short or long-term stay, and very close to Paddington Station for getting around London and quickly to/from Heathrow as well.
