"Everything is charged extra, they have coffee machine in room but each coffee is charged. No complimentary bottled water, no tap water, is charged, each floor had vending machine for bottled water and cold drinks. They will not give you adjoining rooms when booked for 2 or more. They give on different floors. They will ask you to change tower if you are booked on valet tower. Even vslley tower has no view."

"I was skeptical after reading some reviews but the hotel was clean the room was fine. It's older and dated sure but we didn't expect a brand new hotel. The beds were comfortable. The arcade was fun, the food is all expensive but we did have breakfast upstairs. The coffee place by the elevators to the royal tower are cheaper that the Starbucks and tastes just as good. The casino floor looked fine but the cigarette smell was almost unbearable. Other casinos allowed smoking and did not smell that way. If they can get that under control I would definitely go back."

"Excellent upgrade provided as an Expedia Gold tier! Love the hotel. Views were amazing. The room was very spacious. Only complaint is that I couldn’t request to check in early when I called before flying in, they told me that because I booked with a 3rd party, they couldn’t open my reservation and I even couldn’t pay extra for an upgrade even if I wanted to because it was booked via 3rd party. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said I could have called to request to check in earlier. There is some type of miscommunication between the person who took my call and the front desk receptionist. Other than that, loved this hotel."

"When we arrived, the minibar in the room was not working. Everything in it was warm. The water bottle was already open and half full. Our reservation included a welcome drink, but they didn't send it to the room. The staff at Prestige Club who processed our check-in said they would send it tomorrow, but they never did. They fixed the minibar the other day. They never refilled the water bottles. We asked to have it refilled, but it was never refilled. But the worst hasn't come yet. They charged everything in the minibar to our card."
