This was the BEST hotel in Baru away from the craziness of Playa Blanca. Great food(natural), friendly staff. Snorkels, paddle board and kayaks were a boon for sure. The dreamcatcher vibe was cool and they had mats, blocks and space to do our yoga.

This hotel is great. It's worth the price you pay for it. It met my expectations and goes beyond. The staff is very helpful and nice: Rafa, Leo, Fernanda, Fabiola, etc. The rooms are small but go with the echo friendly concept of the hotel. The delicious breakfast is included and in general, the kitchen or restaurant has a variety of dishes. The only dark spot is a nearby hooter making noise around 4:30 a.m. that could disrupts your rest and causes stress. After complaining to the management the noise got reduced from 10 to 7. I will defenetely stay there in the future.

Fantastic staff, comfortable and cool room and bed, delicious food, gorgeous beach and sea views. Oswaldo was wonderful - when my suitcase was lost on arrival he helped me take a boat to a place to buy cheap clothes.

A recommendation would be to open up the eating área on the first floor so you have a good view to the beach while raring. Would also recommend to improve the mattresses on the sunbed. Some selection of coco water, one liter bóttels and snack also recommended. The boat service to the hotel should also be included in the price. A little over priced hotel also.

Amazing hospitaliy and genuine experience

This is a gem located at the end of Playa Blanca. The owner Daisy is an incredible entrepreneur. She has designed and built this place with attention to detail. Her care and hospitality is unrivalled - she helped us (family of 5 with 3 kids aged 14, 13 and 11) with transportation both to and from the hotel, and really cared about us. Her staff is very friendly and service-oriented. Food is amazing! The rooms are small and simple but cozy. The lounge area downstairs is a nice hang-out. Upstairs is the eating area and two hammocks. There is a SUP and 2ppl canoe and snorkeling equipment for free use. Overall, great value for money. We had an incredible stay and can wholeheartedly this hotel for any family or couple. Just beware there is no road all the way to the hotel - the hotel picks you up with their modern boat at the Playa Blanca main entrance. It's just a 5 min boat trip. And you also get to experience the local beach vibe. It's perfectly safe with police and guards checking people going to the beach.

My review of the property is coloured by the fact that I disliked Baru and my husband and I bith left with a stomach bug. The property is one of the better one's on the beach and at the top end so not quite as busy as the central part if the beach. The rooms are very small and there is no air conditioning. The staff are friendly and arranged our transfers with taxi and boat from Cartagena. The food at their restaurant is probably also some of the best on the beach. That being said it still suffers from the noise of the beach bars and the many boats. We were hoping for a few days resting after a busy travel period but this is not a tranquil place. I would only recommend it if you're looking for a party and dont mind very busy beaches.

Sehr idyllisch, schöne Unterkunft mit karibischen Stil, freundliches Personal. Kostenfreie Strandliegen, SUP, Schnorchel und Kayak stehen frei zur Verfügung. Flughafen und Bootstransfer gegen Aufpreis möglich (sehr gut organisiert). Beste Unterkunft des gesamten Strandes und sehr gutes Essen jedoch teilweise etwas kleine Portionen. Top Preis-Leistungsangebot!
