Amazing place … beautiful, calm, serene, breakfast was out of this world. The small issues we had the hotel staff resolved quickly and they were so kind. I would go back in a second and would highly recommend to others. I was there with two kids and they loved the pool and the roof top deck. Also the location is perfect!

Such a cute and peaceful boutique hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast every morning was perfect and such a nice added touch. Just keep in mind that since it’s a boutique hotel, there are no elevators, so be prepared for the stairs. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Newer hotel and walking distance to everything. Seems to be one of the nicer hotels in the area. It would have been perfect if they had an elevator, so be aware if you have issues with walking upstairs.

Palacio del Agua was spectacular. The rooms and common areas were impeccable. The AC was strong. Everyone who works there was helpful and friendly. All the employees went out of their way to make our stay special, especially Omar in reception. The entire hotel is beautiful and relaxing— a peaceful escape in the heart of the Old City. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The rooftop area has a wonderful view. Both pools were a treat for both adults and kids. Additionally, the location is perfect as it is close to all the tourist attractions. It was truly a wonderful experience and hope to return again.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming and started us with a freshly prepared welcome drink. The room was large and clean and so was the bathroom. The building inside is gorgeous, and starting the day with a nice breakfast next to the pool was great. As for the breakfast, they have a nice selection prepared but also make eggs and other items to order. The location was nearly perfect for us, we prefer to walk everywhere and found the hotel centrally located for where we wanted to be. We had a great time, thanks!
