Breakfast was Colombian style—eggs, arepas, patacones (crushed fried green plantain chips), local bakery bread, fruit (pineapple, papaya, watermelon). Juice was fresh passionfruit, but they also had hot coffee and chocolate. The rooms have A/C but the interior of the hotel does not (this appears to be a large, private home converted to a hotel). Rooms were clean but there was no hot water—however, considering the very hot weather of Cartagena, it was adequate. There is a pool on the property out front, but the beach is just across the street and the water is warm. The historic city center is within walking distance as well. There is a nice place to eat two properties away, also. If you’re traveling with teenagers that you don’t want sleeping in the same bed, you should let them know beforehand. The rooms have TVs which use Internet, but the streaming services don’t have logged-in accounts and screen mirroring from iPhones did not work. The staff is friendly if you work with them.

No hot water and the WiFi was out the first 2 days of my stay but after the WiFi was rectified everything else was satisfactory I guess and the rooms served it's purpose minus a refrigerator not being present.

Pretty upset that Expedia claimed it to be a 7 min walk to and from airport when in reality it’s a 10 minute drive. That was pretty inconvenient.

The property is clean and room was ok -there is many signs around the beach at front that say do not swim and people still swim. I saw dogs doing thier business at the beach and dirty. I was a bit upset because I was two hours early from my fly and room as ready you can't go into room. The lady let me use the pool because it was very hot and I changed in the bathroom outside. Breakfast was ok. transportation is available and walking distance from places and store.

Este es un hotel que deja mucho que desear. Para llamarse suits les falta mucho. Colchones viejos malas sabanas. La estructura se ve que esta remendada por todos lados. Las del servicio de la habitación te apagan el aire acondicionado de la habitación y cuando llegas hace calor y el aire se tarda demasiado en enfriar. Un día en el desayuno el jugo de coroso estaba fermentado. Increíblemente el hotel no tiene agua caliente en las duchas. También tienes que esperar a fuera del hotel hasta que te habrån la puerta arriesgando que te roben en las afueras del hotel. Pésimo hotel no se queden jamas.

Boa escolha

Estadia muito boa. Quarto limpo, confortåvel. Localização muito boa (apesar de fora da muralha, fåcil de chegar aos principais pontos). Equipe muito atenciosa. Piscina com toalhas disponiveis. Não tem ågua quente no chuveiro, mas não fez falta devido ao calor. Faltou um frigobar no quarto.
