First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

What a beautiful hotel it is the staff are amazing , the rooms are very good, food is amazing . Amazing little touches in the room . Could not fault a thing me and the missus would definitely stay there again but with the family next time . Very very happy so thank you park plaza Victoria it was a pleasure

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.
