Location of this property is perfect - it’s within walkable distance to the bus stop which can take you to the different locations on the island. We stayed for two nights and we had dinner there for both nights - the food and the view from the restaurant was amazing, we saw really pretty sunset on both evenings. Hotel is wonderful, location is excellent, staff and service perfect. Every room has great views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius, and also down the cliff to the marina grande below. Rooms are large and airy, with huge windows. All spotlessly clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. It was amazing' clean' quite and near to all historic places.

First time staying in Anacapri the host Marco was so warm and friendly and made me feel at home. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable even gave me complimentary prosecco to relax and enjoy the view from the balcony. The luxury apartment is so central to everything you need and explore what this beautiful island has to offer.

The Hotel Margherita was recommended to us by a friend who visited last year and I am delighted to say that we found that his glowing report was not an exaggeration. We stayed here at Villa Yiara for 4 nights. It is a lovely bnb with stunning views of Positano, and such a great price. We had room number 1, with a jet shower (not jacuzzi bath) and a balcony. So pretty, the room is lovely with fresh flowers and super comfy bed. Every day reception would check with you what time you would like breakfast the following morning, usually by phone. The location of the property is one of the main features. Right in the heart of Amalfi without having to climb any of the narrow staircase alleys. The property is also very well maintained and clean. The only thing we didn't like about our room is that there wasn't a window facing outside. So I'd enquire about it before booking.

The room is just beautiful, the view is spectacular and the service matches its perfection. The view from our balcony was just stunning, the location right at the front of the port was perfect for travelling around and the service and breakfast was exceptional. The location is just perfect, secluded yet a quick easy walk to the centre and island buses. We loved our comfy room opening onto the garden with amazing coastal views. Breakfast was delicious with fantastic home baked cakes and the staff were lovely and welcoming. A special thanks to Karla who made the effort to return my passport to me after I was daft enough to leave it behind.

A small historic hotel in a quiet location with superb views, comfortable and highly individual rooms, attentive staff, good food and many places to relax in tastefully furnished public rooms and within the grounds.

I find some hotels in this bracket a bit pretentious, but that wasn't the case here. The manager (I assume) was really friendly when we checked in and made us feel very welcome. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. The large roof terrace has a nice bar and fantastic views towards Vesuvius. There is also a nice ground floor bar with roadside terrace.
