Hotel Conca Park

"We were a group of three girls vacationing in Sorrento & we absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Conca Park. We felt very safe, welcomed and taken care of by the staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the town center but far enough for the hustle and bustle, so it was nice to be able to get to stores, restaurants and the ferry and train fast and also nice to be able to wind down for the day in the quietness of the hotel location. We expressed our want to be moved to another room as our original room did not meet our expectations and the staff rectified the issue right away and gave us a room that we were happy with. I know they were trying their best to upgrade us & while grateful, we wanted and expected something different. The front desk staff was wonderful helping us with reservations and taking any requests we had. The highlight of our visit was one of the workers named Jake. He helped us with our luggage on our very first day and his warmth and smile was the perfect welcome! We would look forward to seeing him when we came back from a long day of sightseeing! Another plus was the ride to the front lobby on the golfcart! Not only was it fun but it was really nice after a long day of walking. All in all, I am looking forward to staying at Hotel Conca Park in my next visit and will recommend it to anyone I know who is traveling in the area. Beautiful property and wonderful staff! Grazie!"
So' Lifestyle Hotel Sorrento

"We were very happy with So' Lifestyle Hotel. It's recently renovated, spotless, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the crib was ready when we arrived, which we really appreciated with a baby. The bed and bathroom were comfortable (pillows a bit thin for my taste, but they give two per person), and the terrace, elevator and Wi-Fi all worked well. Our room matched what we booked (Classic Double with sofa bed and balcony). The location is a bit farther from Sorrento's center than we would have liked, but it's walkable, or a 20-30 euro taxi. Some things could be improved. The renovation seems to need a few finishing touches: several light switches didn't work properly or didn't control what they should, and the A/C panel is confusing, although the A/C works well. Soundproofing is poor; we clearly heard people in the hallway and nearby rooms, which matters with a baby. Breakfast was good, but the team seems understaffed: tables were slow to be cleaned, and coffee and food took a while to be refilled. The 24-hour food service is advertised, but there is no room service (you go down to order and pick up) and the QR menu shows limited hours. Overall, a good value and a place we'd consider again once these small details are sorted out."

"We stayed here for 5 nights, it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is charming & very well maintained. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely with ample options.Location is central with the view of the water from the rooftop & walk to the marina where the ferries leave is abt 20 mnts but there is an elevator that can take you down to that marina also if u are not in the mood to walk down.Grand Marina is also abt 15-20 mnts walk, has some nice restaurants. Lots of restaurants & shopping right outside the hotel. The Donna Sofia Restaurant just outside the hotel is a great dining option."
