"Hotel Mousai has the feeling of a boutique hotel with an adults only all inclusive flair. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. Very quite but you have the pulse of La Blanca next door if you want nightlife. Staff was truly amazing. Jose, Rubi, Heriberto and Alex the chef at Noi went above and beyond. Hugo and Gerardo at the bar wowed us everyday with cocktail marvels. Rubi our butler was amazing and went above and beyond by finding my wifes lost cell phone (twice). Do yourself a favour and stay at this hidden gem - you wont regret it!!"

"Great food, relaxing area, we went with our kids of 1,3, and 6 and they had a lot of fun in their water park. The arcade little spot can use a lot of work though. Best and nicest cleaning staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel. "

"Loved our time there and we will most likely come again! Pros: rooms were so clean and luxurious, the spa was amazing, food was really good and they were very accommodating with my sons allergy, staff was great Cons: I just wish there was something else for kids to do such as a playground or a small water park or slide. I was annoyed that the carousel rides cost extra when there wasn't a ton for kids to do. I also didn't like being hastled to do the time share breakfast when I just wanted to set up an excursion without that. "
