Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"Had a wonderful week-long stay in Can Picafort. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was spotless,

had a huge choice and the location was perfect for all amenities. Parking is the only issue (not the fault of the hotel) but we always found somewhere nearby. A perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the island away from tacky clubs and drunken Brits! Highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel at the beachfront side. Not central but close to the touristic centre of Can Picafort. Pool area was nice but quantity of sunbeds not that much. Every morning at 9am there was the run to get a free sunbed. "
